Welcome to the Trust Global Group & Trust Global Property.com / Trust Global Radio.com Terms and Conditions. By using our websites, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions detailed herein. These terms and conditions apply to websites and companies in the Trust Global Group as well as Trust Global Property.com and Trust Global Radio.com. Throughout this document (web page), when referring to Trust Global Group we will be including in that reference all companies and websites in that group.
1. Trust Global Property.com Products and Services
Trust Global Property.com in conjunction with Trust Global Radio.com and the Trust Global group, owns and operates several websites as an online marketplace that enables a property owner and/or representative agent, as an advertiser of our sites (advertiser) to list and advertise a specific property (or properties) for rental or for sale online on the websites (site sites) with the potential to engage and make bookings with purchasers or potential purchasers (buyers, purchasers), consumers, renters, users, holidaymakers, travellers, etc. (users, renters).
Trust Global Group offers a range of products and services including but not limited to;

(3) Flights
(4) Accommodation
(5) Vehicle Hire
(6) General Advertising
(7) Management Services
(8) Consultancy Services
(9) Broadcasting Services
Pricing of these products and services are displayed as appropriate on the relevant website(s), however in a number of instances these are not displayed due to commercial considerations. Full prices are available on request. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without notice.
2. Permitted Use of Website(s)
Your use of these websites is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the Terms) and you agree to use all Trust Global Group websites in accordance with and subject to these Terms, (which we may at our sole discretion change from time to time). Website refers to all websites owned or operated by Trust Global Property.com or Trust Global Group.
Advertisers pay advertising fees to list and advertise properties, products and services on the websites. There is no fee for users to access the main site(s) and research listings. Users may search, view and make enquiries and communicate with advertisers regarding their property sales or rental listings, (or other products and services for sale or hire), in accordance with these Terms. Use of the site(s) beyond the services in which it has been developed to provide is not permitted. Any user of the site(s) not using it within the scope of it’s purpose will have their IP address blocked from the site without notice and any advertisements withdrawn without refund.
3. Payment Methods
We offer payment online via PayPal using credit, debit card or by using a PayPal account. To facilitate this, customers will be redirected from the appropriate website to our secure payment gateway. By prior arrangement only, customers can pay for products or services offered by Trust Global Group using cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer.
4. Information Accuracy
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy of the data provided by third parties. We do however check for completeness of all information upon receipt of property registrations.
5. Liability
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage through the use of this website (or any website in the Trust Global Group), inaccuracy of data on the website(s), or unavailability of the website(s).
6. Copyright
Information provided to Trust Global Property.com or the Trust Global Group including property owners, developers, renters and other partner companies must own the copyright to this data or have obtained it from the owning authority, should they be acting on behalf of a third party. As such anyone using the Trust Global Group of websites agrees to indemnify Trust Global Group from any litigation or legal action that may result from a breach of copyright.
Text, Files, Images, and related data on this website ("website data") and the websites of Trust Global Group is copyright protected. If the information (including format, text, images and video) is to be used for "non-personal use", then written permission must be given by Trust Global Property.com, Trust Global Group or the data owner prior to use.

The Trust Global Property.com, Trust Global Radio.com and Trust Global Group logos are trademark’s of Trust Global Group together with other devices and words and should not be used in any other website's material. It may be registered in certain parts of the world. Extracts from Trust Global Group websites may be printed out for personal use only. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission of Trust Global Group.
Security measures
At Trust Global Group we understand the value of security and have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures to protect the personal data that we have under our control from unauthorised access, improper use and disclosure, unauthorised destruction or accidental loss. If you register a property (or any other service) online our secure server ensures all details are password protected. Payment processing, using the PayPal Payment Gateway, takes place on the PayPal secure server. All personal payment details are stored on a secure PayPal server which is not directly connected to us. We do not guarantee the effectiveness of such measures (or those taken by PayPal), and exclude liability in the event of loss of data or funds.
Disclosure of information
In the unlikely event that a new owner, legal body, liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed over us or all or any part of our assets that “body” or practitioner may transfer your information to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. We undertake not to provide your personal information to third parties save in accordance with this policy. Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions save as required by law or other binding regulations.

This information is also used for the purpose of delivering services requested by you and processing any other transactions authorised or made by you. This information, and any other information received thereafter, is used for the purpose of marketing your property, (or any other goods and services) online. Please note, when registering to advertise with Trust Global Group online, you are entering into a legally binding contract. As required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. You may ask us whether we are storing personal information about you by emailing us at contactus@TrustGlobalRadio.com and, if you wish and upon payment of a fee of €10, within 60 days, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you by email. We may ask for proof of your identity before providing any information and reserve the right to refuse to provide information requested if identity is not established by us to our sole satisfaction. We will use your information for the purpose of informing you of any interest in your property (or goods and services). We may also inform you of special offers and provide other marketing information to you which we think you may find of interest. If you would rather not receive this information, you may opt out by adjusting the personal setting in your Trust Global Property.com back-office area or by contacting us by email at contactus@TrustGlobalRadio.com .

Any advertising fee which you pay to Trust Global Group is non-refundable once your property (or goods and services of any kind) has been displayed on our website/s or broadcast on our radio station(s). Making a payment to Trust Global Group is acceptance of all the “Terms and Conditions” of Trust Global Group.
The following provisions may be curtailed or disallowed by the laws of the country in which the person accessing this website is situated. In such case, the terms hereof are to be read as excluding or limiting such term so as to satisfy such jurisdiction. We do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via our website(s) is accurate, complete or current. We (Trust Global Group) have no liability whatsoever in respect of any use which you make of such information. Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website(s), we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses of any kind. Thus, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information, images or files from our website(s). All warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise are hereby excluded. Further Agreements
You expressly agree to the following:
1. All information you provide on any “form” and via other methods including but not limited to printed materials, letters, emails and photographs, is accurate and truthful. Trust Global Group will remove any property (product, service or advertisement) from our system(s) if we discover that information provided is misleading to website visitors and other potential buyers or visitors.
2. You are the owner of the property advertised, (or authorised by the owner), or the owner (or authorised agent of the owner) of any product or service offered.
3. You will pay the agreed fee for the production of your unique advertisement.
4. You understand that the fee once paid, is non-refundable as the advertisement has been individualised for you.
You understand that there are no guarantees that you will get a sale or any interest whatsoever in your goods, products or services through marketing with Trust Global Group.
5. You can remove your property using the Trust Global Property.com back-office from our lists. You can remove or cease any other form of advertising by contacting Trust Global Group by email, giving sixty days notice.
6. You will inform us immediately if you find a buyer for the property (or goods and services) and remove it from the website(s).
7. You will contact us immediately the property (or item for sale or rent) has been sold (or rented).
8. If advertising on Trust Global Property.com or on any of the Trust Global Group web pages, you the advertiser (owner of the goods/services/property) will pay the full agreed sale commission of 1% of sale price (or if rental, 1% of annual rental price) if Trust Global Group find a buyer, (directly or indirectly) for your goods/services/property for sale.
[As a promotion, the sale commission of 1% is waived for any adverts placed on TrustGlobalProperty.com during June, July and August 2012]
These terms and this disclaimer and any claim based on such shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
